Shortell Law LLC successfully argued at an evidentiary hearing that a prenuptial agreement was procedurally unfair, and therefore unenforceable.  This victory allowed our client to negotiate for a significantly higher portion of the assets he had helped his former partner accumulate during their relationship, both prior to and during the marriage.
